Imperial “Hot Sauce”
Absolutely love this track. Lots of movement here, listen to the full song.
Ohmega Watts “Emeralds”
A SOHH favorite drops a surprise single! Ohmega Watts is back with Emeralds, a single that showcases his trademark approach to sampling soulful records. This looks to be the first in a series of several new singles.
Xavier[EXS22] “No Good At Being Alone.”
This one feels just right… dusty record crackle, piano, boom bap drums… fully chilled and recommended.
TwoDaystoAlaska “Beginnings”
Revisiting this one today. TwoDaystoAlaska sent a newer mix but it’s listed as a “private” stream. Either way, this is one of our favorite instrumental tracks from the Cult Classic Records label. Here is the older original mix:
Spinmont “Struttin”
Soulful and funky. The pitch sums it up well… “Strut down Michigan Ave. in downtown Chicago.” Go Cubs.
Violentlyill “Divine”
Another dope submission from Violentlyill. Really into how this one develops. Had my head nodding for the duration.
Little Glass Men “City Nights”
Digging this one the longer I let it play. Always a fan of rhodes on hip-hop beats. It feels like a track I’d hear while watching a rainstorm. This is nice!
Product_90 “Uncharted”
Always been a fan of this break. Product_90 puts out some soulful head nods on Uncharted. This is the final track from the Mr. Illumi90s Mind beat tape.
Billa Joints “No Ends”
This beat is hard. Strong boom bap with cinematic synths. Billa shares, “It’s an experimental beat that feels like you’re traveling through outer space.”
Tobes “It’s Over”
Catchy vocal sample over boom bap production. Digging the mellow vibes.
Young Citrus “$ (money)”
Lofi instrumental that’s super chilled and features some poignant vocal samples.
